At STYLE VELUXE, all products are made to order through a Print-on-Demand production process. Each item is specially created after an order is placed. Because products are produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are limited to certain situations.

The lifestyle images shown on this website are AI-assisted visualizations created to help demonstrate the appearance of the graphic design on a T-shirt. These images are intended for design presentation purposes only and may not represent the exact garment, fit, fabric drape, lighting, or photography of the final product.
The actual product is professionally printed using the original design file. Due to differences in garment size, fabric, printing process, screen settings, and photography, slight variations in color, print placement, print size, and overall appearance may occur.

Refund Eligibility
As all products are made to order, STYLE VELUXE does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements.
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
• The item received is damaged during transit.
• The item received has a manufacturing defect.
• The item received is incorrect.
• The printed artwork significantly differs from the product design shown at the time of purchase (excluding normal production variations).
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos of the product.
• Photos of the packaging.
• An unboxing video (strongly recommended for claim verification).
• Order number and purchase details.
Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong size.
• Ordering the wrong color.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
• Minor print placement variations.
• Measurement tolerance within ±0.5 inch.
• Normal variations resulting from the made-to-order production process.
Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please review the size chart available on each product page carefully before making your purchase.
As all products are made to order, orders cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded due to an incorrect size selection.
Refund Process
If a refund request is approved after review, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Shipping Issues
If an order is lost during transit or arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos (where applicable).

Delivery Delays
STYLE VELUXE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
• An incorrect shipping address
• Incomplete address information
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failed delivery attempts by the courier
the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility. Any additional shipping charges required for re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
